Possum Trot's "Carry You" Trailer Has The Kind of Gravitas Angel Needs

I am impressed with every new endeavor that Angel Studios goes on. I was already sold on this film, by the long-hoped-for potential Christian filmmaker that many of us knew Letitia Wright could be. She didn't disappoint with the initial livestream and new trailers!

Pathos and power is the kind of stuff we need more of in the faith-based community (which comes from pure art), but without neglecting the requisite relatability that often gets lost here. In the future we will need even more to fill out the varied submarkets and subgenres that faith-based film is going to need to serve diligently. But this is a good start.

I am seeing much to love here. Watch below!

"Love Can!"

This is the answer that many of us don't want to hear. It is audacious at best and naive and dangerous at worst to think that once again, parents... Christian parents no less... CAN save children from trauma and lifelong abuse. If we are faithful.

Though many will die on that hill today- fully believing the very opposite of the truth elegantly presented here. Love is far more than we believed, and can be far more than we ever needed... if we let it be.
